🌱 STEP 1: SOAKING SEEDS
Soak the choy sum seeds in warm water (2 parts boiling water: 3 parts cold water) for about 3-4 hours to promote germination.
Prepare loose, nutrient-rich, well-draining soil, and you can mix in organic fertilizer or decomposed manure.
🌱 STEP 2: SOW SEEDS
Evenly sow the seeds on the soil surface and cover them with a thin layer of soil. Water gently to keep the soil moist.
Place the plants in an area with moderate sunlight and water 1-2 times a day to maintain moisture.
🌱 STEP 3: TAKE CARE OF
After about 25-30 days, when the plants reach 20-25 cm in height and the stems start to thicken, they are ready for harvest.
Cut them close to the base or harvest gradually in batches to allow continuous growth.
